Technology Diet

Inspired by an Oprah show last week, Dennis and I have decided to go on a technology diet for the week. The point is to move away from just going to the computer or television and be more creative with our time. Here are the rules:

1. Only one hour total of TV/internet per day.
2. No Facebook.
3. Check e-mail only once a day.

I do still have to work, so that time certainly does not count towards my hour total. And, since I still get some screen time, I may or may not update the blog this week. We'll see.

I'll let you know how it goes!

I can't wait to hear the results! I occasionally ban myself from the computer for one day at a time and it is so productive!
